Yes. Thapar accepts the MAT Scores for September 2016. MAT Scores are valid for 1 Year. You can apply for the session 2017-19 with score of September 2016.

No. TU test is not compulsory if you have score well in your MAT or CAT Exam. U must have more than 75 percentile.
