Will this college consider my lecturership in a polytechnic college as work experience for MBA? I passed my B.Tech in 2016.

If you can show your salary slips at the time of the interview then it would be considered as work experience.

Yes. It will indeed count as work experience. Generally the work experience is counted if you are on a full time payroll of an organization. Further there are guidelines while you fill the CAT form. Work experience adhering to those guidelines is accepted provided you have the required proof for the

Yes it will count.But will have less value. Joining date should be after completion of B.Tech .
