TISS Mumbai accept the 12th standard certificate from Maharashtra HSC for admissions into various programs but you need complete a bachelor's degree and it is mandatory
so, Maharashtra HSC qualification is recognised, but they does not provide traditional MBA courses .it provies Master of Arts in Hum
