Will two year gap between +2 and engineering affect my carrer
I failed my +2 exam last year and this year i got a very bad headache during my maths test . i want to drop this year . will it affect my career having 2 year gap between +2 and b.tech . i am a good student i have 10 cgpa in 10th

It may be some but not so much you need only to maintain a good academic record because today many student drop for a year mainly in science stream for give entrance exam again so no need to worry about this

No, not at all if you score good there after. You need to have confidence in your subject of further study.

I would agree with @||Anand Wadadekar|| that at the tome of job interview, it can be a hindrance. However, as you have mentioned that you are a very bright student and are able to justify the same with your grades, then it should not be much of a problem.
