MS (IT) will cost u much less in Malaysia. if u have good percentage in ug u can get 30-50% scholarship + stipend too.

for which course you are applying MBA cost 8-10 lakh in USA and UK and other 300 pound in UK and 600 dollar in USA (living , fooding

will depends upon university,and type of course.. but it will approximately costs min 15 lakhs including cost of living..(in indian currency)
