While, in order to get admitted in foreign universities especially UK, you need to give exams of IELTS or GRE or TOEFL and after that you can take an admission in the UK as per your interest. In UK you won't have a problem with NIOS board to get admission. Many of the Foreign Universities do consider the NIOS board studies.
