    Your question is not clear to me. Let me answer it presuming it to be regarding MBA courses.
    At the time of taking admission one has to decide, which specialisation one wants to opt for. Generally the first year of MBA curriculum is common across all specialisations. It's in the second year where the specialisation specific topics are added.
