Amarnath, I have searched a mixed review pattern with recommendation of 64% members. Sikkim Manipal University, Directorate of Distance Education is one of the best and is recognised by University Grants Commission(UGC), Distance Education Council (DEC), Ministry of HRD and is Member of Association

Any correspondence course especially a course like Management/Computers, has very little recognition given by the industry.
