Wish to do MPhil/phd in law in distance mode,but unfortunately with 51% for llm is there any scope for higher studies. living in south india

I am lawyer, a management faculty did my llb 1997 completed my llm from icfai in 2010 with only 51% wish to pursue higher studies (MPhil/phd) through distance mode. I am residing in Kerala. Please help

Hi Hema, Yes in order to do Phd in Law you need to score 55% in your masters. I am sorry but even for distance learning course you need to score 55% in your masters. All the Best!
