With 11 years of work experience in the pharma industry, please guide me whether MBA or ex-MBA would be better for me.
Qualifications: Diploma in EXTC (2000, regular mode), B.Tech in electrical (2014, distance mode from KSOU).

MBA is good for as you have mentioned that you have lots of experience and just after MBA you will get more job chances. You'll get appointed as HR manager general manager and your salary will also increase up to 3 lacs per annum.
