With 1853 all India OBC rank, what will be my approximate home state OBC rank in JEE Mains paper-2? My home state is Kerala.

Your approximate home-state rank will be under 250 for sure. (that's in OBC). Best of luck.

Hello, Hope you are doing well. This will be calculated by state councelling authority, while counselling sessions, you will get the list of students along with their ranking in the state. All you need to do is just wait for a while when rhe councelling will start you will get the state rank. But
