With 27 years of exp. working for MNC's holding Sr. Mgmt positions am presently in transition between jobs. Please suggest ideal MBA.

I have been holding senior management positions like SBU Head, President, Executive Director, COO etc. in MNC's but am presently in a transition phase. Most MBA's insist on working professionals. I want to pursue MBA which will help me in my career. Please recommend the correct course for me.

Hi Narayanan, An EMBA programme through a full time institute like IIMs or XLRI would be a right choice, and you need to have 5 or more years of experience, currently employed or not employed is not the criteria, so even if you are currently unemployed on the basis of your previous years experience
