With 3 years of work experience should I be targeting XIME? If not, then which colleges?

My profile: 10th-62%, 12th- 50%, graduation in B.Com with 67% and 3 years work experience in SBI loan processing cell.

    Hi Satyabrata,
    Your target should be IIMs but admission in top colleges depend upon your CAT percentile.
