With 49k rank can I get mechanical engineering at VIT, Vellore?

Sorry, it is not possible to get mechanical in the first category, but you may get in the 3rd category. But, you have to pay more fees for that.

Yes, you can but the category will be 3rd or 4th based on the counselling slot you have got.

Hi Rahul, your rank is far beyond to get mechanical engineering at VIT, Vellore, however you may look forward for management quota if you are inclined to take admission in VIT only. All the best.
