With 64% in Maharashtra state board, can I participate in JOSAA counseling for IIT/NIT or IIIT?

I got 63 marks in English, 55 marks in Physics, 53 marks in Chemistry, 45 marks in Math, 80 marks in Geography and 88 in IT. My total marks are 403.

Candidates must get 75% in Class 12 or be in the top 20 percentile in order to be eligible for JOSAA counselling. The qualifying percentage is 65% for candidates who identify as SC, ST, or PwD.
