WITH 67% IN B.TECH IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET AN ADMISSION IN GERMANY and i have 15 backlogs , but cleared in 3rd year, ielts 6band

I finished my bachelors in 2012 with 67 percentage , i applied to seigen ,leipzig ,jena , duisberg, southwestphalia universities through consultancy . those consultancy guys saying i can get an admit bit ny friends saying with many backlogs it may not be possible , so pls give me an answer pls pls
