As you have more than 60% in boards, it's an add-on for you. But you need to be under top 2500 students in VITEEE. If that's the case, you will surely get VIT.

With 68% you'll not be able to get admission in CS, you should qualify the VITEEE with less than 2000 rank. Another way to get admission is through management quota. -
You should have rank less than 3k in order to get CS. Else if your rank is less than 1,00,000 and minimum 60% in 12th you can get a seat through management side where it will be considered as Category 5 seat. -
They need a minimum of 60 % aggregate in physics, chemistry and math.
It should be more than 50% for all the subjects.
