With 72% in 10th, 74% in 12th, 59% in graduation and 85% in MAT what are my chances at XIME in 2nd round of applications?

Your chances are good to get a call and convert it if you prepare well for GDPI and give it confidently. -
You have a chance of getting shortlisted for the interview rounds. But you will have a hard time for sitting in companies for placements during your second year and for internships in your first year, because of your low UG percentage. The most elite and good companies demand an aggregate percentage of 60% overall till your UG.
So, you definitely have a high chance of getting shortlisted if that answers your question.
