With 80 percentile in Mains 2019 January, is there any chance of getting admission in any of the NITs?

    Yes, you'll get admission in NIT, but after declaring final ranking list. The marks you scored now and the marks scored by AIR 1 will decide, which NIT you'll get. All the best.

    Yes, if you belong to a reserved category, then you will definitely get a seat. If you are general, then it will become a little bit difficult to get a good NIT and a good Branch.

    With 80 percentile i.e 174k rank in JEE Mains, your chances are almost NIL for getting any NIT's, so I will suggest you to look forward for April Mains. All the best.

    I think with this percentile the chances of getting a good NIT is a bit low. So, I would suggest you to appear once again in the month of April and if you score more than this then that percentile will be considered and that might help you.
