With 81.49 percentile in CAT, can you please suggest the best colleges? How to apply for a college and how will I know the cut-off marks?

10th CBSE- 70.8%. 12th CBSE- 66.8% B.E.- 60.76%. I have no work experience. I belong to NC OBC and a rural area. So, I have no friends here.

Thank you sir. Is there any good government college where I can take admission? Because I have done my graduation from private college and every one laughs at me. That's why I want to complete MBA from public college not private college.
