With 85.46 percentile, can I get into a respectable B-School in Mumbai which will have good placement opportunities? .

    Congratulations. Scoring 85.46 percentile is not bad, you can definitely get into a respectable B-School in Mumbai. As it's just not your score that would get you into college, rather it is one of the factors of evaluation. You securing an admission would also depend on how well have you performed in GD-PI and psychometric test (some college). When it comes to placement each and every college has its own set of companies coming to campus, so it is better to check before you apply for that college.     At this score, you can look for ITM-Navi Mumbai, K.J.Somiaya (chances are less), Welingkar, ICFAI Business School, S.P.Jain - a call is based mainly on the academic profile/ work profile of the student. Based on K.J.Somiaya has a good placement record, average package is around 8-9 LPA. After that SIES and ITM-Navi Mumbai has around 5-6 LPA than Welingkar. Average offers do vary over the years.
