No, your percentage should be equal or more than the cutoff percentage for admission.

DU has this ever going competition even 10 percent can lead you to lose a seat. You take any college, be it Jamia Millia Islamia, IP University or DU affiliated colleges the stakes are really high. If the seats close at 94, then they will close at 94 no going down to even 93.99.

Hello Janhavi, Political Science has become the surprise topper of choices of those seeking admission in DU. Due to this, cutoffs are sky-high. I am afraid the negligible difference of 0.5% is going to prevent you from seeking admission.
