With 96.7266890 percentile in JEE Mains 2020 would I be able to get a seat in iiest?

With a percentile of 92, your rank is around 70,000. With a rank of 70,000 in JEE Main you may get into government institutions. For NIT ( not the top NIT's ) you can try but it's a little difficult as the rank may not be satisfy their requirements. -
