With a 71600 CRL and 11800 EWS rank outside Delhi, can I get any college through JAC counseling?

Being a CRL rank 71600 and an EWS rank of 11800 in the outside Delhi area, you are extremely unlikely to get a college through JAC counseling because your CRL rank is far above the usual cut-offs for most JAC colleges, even considering your being from the EWS category.
