With a CGPA of 6.5-7 out of 10, could I get placed in any university in Canada for PG Diploma or atleast get a good college with this CGPA?

You need to give IELTS exam first, then only it will decide if you could get admission in good colleges. Your CGPA is okay and might get accepted by the Canadian colleges.
