With a CRL rank of 268k in JEE Mains, can I get any seat in CV Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar as I'm from Jharkhand?
My CRL rank is 268k, I've 81% in 12th from Jharkhand.

No, you need a rank of atleast 40 thousand, even from general to get into it through JEE Mains. Also, home state quota will work with this. -
