    To be honest, if you belong to general category, then you will get nothing. But, if you are of other category, then there is also negligible chances of getting the college. Basically, I can further tell you better if you mentioned the marks as well as the category you belong. Since the rank is too low. By this one can predict the marks that your marks are not so sufficient for admission.
