Dear friend,
You can expect your chances of admission in NIT WARANGAL through previous year's cutoff. The opening and closing rank is of previous year is available at official website of NIT WARANGAL. But please don't expect it to be same as of previous year it can be slightly different.

Hope you are doing well. Based on the cut-off of the previous year, your rank (5367) general category satisfies for NIT Trichy for ECE.
General opening and closing rank for the home state is 1997 to 6929 and 1048 to 3747 for other state candidates.
For NIT Warangal, your rank also satisfies the cut-off for this NIT. General 1541-6488.
