With an OBC rank of 18000, will I get any course in any NIT?

The percentile cut-off for the unreserved category was 89.75, for EW it was 78.2 for OBC, it was 74.3 whereas for SC, ST and PwD, it was 54, 44.3 and 0.11, respectively, if you have cleared the cut off then you get a NIT otherwise not.
