No, JEE Mains score doesn't come in hand while taking admission in Galgotia’s University.
Galgotia’s conduct their own GEEE examination (Galgotia’s Engineering Entrance Exam) + you can check their eligibility criteria (subject to change shortly) from this link:

However, based on your JEE score you can try for admission in Galgotia’s College. -
Galgotia's University takes admission on the basis of GEEE exam. -
It doesn't require JEE Mains marks. It has its own entrance exam, i.e. GEEE. Fill out the form, give exam and get admission. You can get benefits of scholarship depending upon your 12th result or JEE mains marks. -
You can qualify the exam which is conducted by the Galgotia University for admission to undergraduate program.

There is no admission based on the Jee main score. You have to clear their exam that is GEEE.
