With my academic record can I get a admission in good B-school if I get 95 percentile plus in CAT?

I have got 82% in 10th, 72% in +2 and 64% marks in B.Tech.

Yes , with a great percentile, you will be able to get into a good b-school. However, I would like to point out that it will be very difficult to get such a percentile.
