Kindly share your other course details so that I can help you. Well, IELTS is necessary but GRE depends on your level of study.

We do not require GRE because we do not offer graduate programs. We do not require English language tests for Indian students. However, all students must take an English placement exam once they arrive to determine placement in College English courses,

Hi Satyanarayana, truly speaking without GRE it is possible, but without toefl or ielts, it will be little bit tough. So please let me know your complete details, so i can guide you on the same.
