With score of 1250 GRE & 89 TOEFL along with 2 yrs exp in CGI Infostystems next Sept.With this academics,which country should I prefer for PG in Comp Sci ? For me the importat criteria is affordable education .Can you please help me out ?

Why do you want to pursue a PG diploma when you can pursue a Masters degree? You have decent credentials.
