Though the minimum criteria for admission is 60%, you can first contact to the head-office at 1800-102-4431 and get consulted. Moreover, most probably you will get the admission.

No, you can't get admission in LPU because of your percentage. For getting admission in LPU, a minimum of 60% is needed.

Yes, you can get admission for B.Sc agriculture in LPU even after 2 years of gap. If you have done your 12th in science stream and your score falls in the merit list of IPU.
