Getting computer branch can be a little bit difficult through counselling, but I'll suggest you take any branch in IET-Lucknow and then go for the internal sliding which will take place before the spot round of the counselling then you will definitely get CS branch.

You have decent chances to get admission in government colleges. 2000 rank is not enough for IET- Lucknow. But, you can try in KNIT-Sultanpur, BIET-Jhansi or IERT-Allahabad. You may definitely get these college with the branch you listed.
