With which specialization should I do MBA?

I have completed my Diploma & Degree in mechanical engineering and working as a purchase engineer. Now, I am planning to pursue PG in either MBA in SCM or PGD in materials management. Can you suggest that in which field should I go for a better future.

Every specialization have good demand in the market, based their profile it varies. Finance is one of the great field, present number of companies are recruiting finance candidates with good package. Marketing is one of the key branch in the company as without marketing no company is there. The nee
