With which specialization should I pursue MBA?

I have graduated in civil engineering but have been working in the IT sector since last 1 year & want to do MBA now.

    Every specialization have good demand in the market, based their profile it varies. Finance is one of the great field, present number of companies are recruiting finance candidates with good package.
    Marketing is one of the key branch in the company as without marketing no company is there.
    The need of HR candidates is growing day to day because number of employees are changing their organisations, so companies have to hire new employee in the place of them. So, you can go for any as per your interest but pursue your MBA from a reputed school only.

    It's depend upon your interest, every stream of MBA have its own prospect, so you can choose your subject according to your choice. But, you can choose either finance or marketing because as per report of a world economic center that India need finance and marketing manager most for the next 5-6 years.
