With which stream should I pursue MBA?

I completed Bachelors in IT in 2015 and worked in a BPO for a year. Then I switched to a mapping company and working there till now. Now I want to pursue MBA and have no interest in programming.

It depends on individual's interest. Major disciplines in MBA are as follows:
    1. Operations: It needs analytical knowledge with fair hands on mathematics.
    2. Finance: Needs basic knowledge of accounting and share, equity, credit-debit transactions.
    3. Marketing: Deals with promotion and advertising strategy to convince the target customers for your product.
    4. HR: It requires good communication skills to deal with your team. You need to get the best out of your team and keep them motivated.
As you have prior experience of working in BPO, I guess you have an advantage of communication skills, so HR is a good option.

You should probably go with MBA in marketing, which would suit you the best with tele calling experience and as you have mentioned there shall be no coding involved here. Marketing is sheer fun and a creative field.
