Hello Amarjeet, with your rank you can definitely get SGSITS, although I cannot assure you for CS branch but still you can fill it in counseling. Domicile doesn't matter as if you belong to other state then too you can get seat here also be sure to get a seat in first counseling itself. Good luck.

Getting CSE needs a high cutoff but you should definitely try for the mechanical branch and other branches.

Since you need at least 65% in Board exams, here you don't qualify the criteria, hence you are unable to take admission into GSITS due to boards eligibility only. I would suggest you to improve it taking a one year time as most of the big colleges in India ask for Boards marks first rather than of competitive.
    Best of luck.

    Hi Amarjeet Kumar
Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Main rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Main Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc. Here https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
