without passing gmat i cnt go for study abroad in malaysia or singapore,bt i pass ilts exam.for post graduate i pass BBM.

Ielts is for Testing English Language skill.You can study in Singapore or Malaysia without GMAT score but you wont get good colleges.So to get good institutions it is compulsory to get good scores in GMAT or GRE. ALL THE BEST.
