    In India, entrance to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme is contingent upon passing the National Eligibility and Entrance Test, or NEET. The Dental Council of India (DCI) established the NEET as a national requirement to guarantee consistency in dental education throughout the nation, and students who do not meet this requirement cannot be admitted to BDS programs. Consequently, in order to pursue a BDS degree, passing NEET is mandatory.

    I think, there are no institutes which do not offer BDS without NEET. So, in order to get admission you need to appear for NEET.
