Work experience of 4 years in marketing and done integrated MBA program and now I am thinking of studying abroad so which course to opt for?

I opted for dual degree program i.e. B.Tech and MBA 5 years duration, I secured 68% in B.Tech and 75% in MBA. I got campus recruitment in Jaypee Group and have 4.5 years of work experience in marketing field?
