working as a full time employee, want where to take admission in a distance education or correspondence

not a position to leave current job as i am financially weak

It is a good idea to get higher education through distance education mode. I suggest that you do it form an institution which is UGC and DEC approved such as Sikkim-Manipal university, Symbiosis, ICFAI, IGNOU etc. Also choose your specialization subject on the basis of your work experience and/or if
