Best options for you are MBA in project management or operations.
Best institutes offering the same are
1. NITIE
2. IIT Bombay(SJMSOM)

You should do MBA in operations OR MBA in supply chain management. These will be directly relelvant to your line of work. Also, your current exp will be of value after you finish these mba.
However, you should aim for top colleges only like IIM, IMT, SP jain etc
