Hi This is sushil I am working for a Premium Car segment dealer Porsche as Service Advisor. I want to work directly for a Automobile Plant. What criteria I need to have to apply for job in Automobile Plant. I heard Working for dealer doesn't fetch any growth only upto manager level.
