Hi This is sushil I am working for a Premium Car segment dealer Porsche as Service Advisor. I want to work directly for a Automobile Plant. What criteria I need to have to apply for job in Automobile Plant. I heard Working for dealer doesn't fetch any growth. Suggest over this.

Germany is a country known for its technical advancements specially automobile. So, pursuing a course in automobile will surely be beneficial for you.
Eligibility:
In order to pursue masters from Germany, you need to have 16 years of education as most of the universities ask o for it.

Engineering Since you are targeting to work in premium Car segment its highly advisable to opt for Masters in Automobile Engineering in any of the Universities of Germany .
