working in telecom as RF engg for 2 years,but i m not getting any satisfying profile and success.should i switch my career to VLSI courses

vaibhav srivastava B-Tech(electronics) 2 years exp in telecom domain. i am not satisfied with my profile and salary, how can i enter in main operating companies as i m working in vendor company

    The scope of work and of a career in this field would depend upon your caliber (including academic record) and the reputation of the institution from where the post graduate qualification is acquired. Other than MTech/ ME courses, you can opt for post graduate programmes including options like 6 months full time P G D in Embedded System & VLSI Design(PGDEVD) at C DAC, Noida , 6-months full-time Certificate course in Embedded System Design at VLSI Design & Research Centre, Dept of Electronic Science,Pune),etc. CDAC is one of the premier institute in R&D under Indian Govt. and stands to the standards of IIT.
