Would a PGDM (HR) be the right option for a soldier who is about to retire and wants a job

hello sir/madam, i m soldier in army. i have completed 15 years of service. iwant to retire . will pgdba(hr) be usefull for my carrier. what kind of job will i be able to get.

dear hundal i am also ex serviceman . pl see you qualification try to increase your power in education during serving only . as you know after coming out you should have sufficient education power in degree . you should complete mba hrm in good percentage and see you will get good work in hr
