Would an average academic performance till HSC become a hindrance for an MBA aspirant during campus placements
sir my name is mayank i have completed my engineering (75% ) & want\'s to do mba, but my 12 class % is less 54 , would after doing mba i would get good job, because some companies recruits want academic record which is 60 % throughout,so i won\'t be eligible for those companies.so i do mba or not ?

Hi, i would say you should go for MBA and try to do it from a good, reputed college so that you get a good placement. Dont worry about your 12th marks as most organisations look for candidates with good knowledge and communication skills rather that marks.

It might be difficult, but not ALL companies would look at 12th marks. also you can always start at a small company, learn stuff, and move to bigger players in the market!

there is a requirement of consistent 60% marks in the plcement after you do your MBA but going for job cannot be sole aim of doing MBA .you may start your own venture there are so many examlpe in the industries who has wonderfully well after doing their MBA indiabulls is an example.and you may be
