Would an MBA in IT add value to a post graduate wanting to become a Systems Administrator

Hello,i am Post graduate and interested in doing MBA in System/IT.My career aim it to become a Network Admin and to achive that i have taken small but effective steps by doing my Cisco certification.I would like to have information on Part Time MBA in IT to decide my future course.
